I wouldn't bet on it; certainly the time you are interrupted is dependent on the speed of your opponent's weapon if you have been hit in melee. Interrupts due to spell damage I am not sure about. I do know, however, that swing speed has a direct influence on the time it takes for you to leave attack mode and be able to cast again. That was up for discussion on BW long time ago, no idea what it ended with thoOrmorof said:i suppose it could be to do with being interupted for 2 combat rounds for example (so that would be like 10s with a spd 5.0 staff, but much less with the quicker ones )
