As healer I use multiple qbinds.

Most important one is demezz. With this qbound you can save precious seconds. It will allow you to press mezzed ppl in mini window, and immidiately demezz without having to move your mouse all the way to qbar and back again.

Others include casted AE-mezz and stun. Rest is arties.

(have move forward on E, face on W, and ae-mezz on R)

*edit

Forgot about zephyr. Have /groundset on Z and zephyr on X. (used to be my loot keys. Hence why you can see a silly dorf try to zephyr bags of coins quite often :D)

Yeah but it's not like I'm running in a FG to qbind bodyquard :p

Also to the original poster, my key setup is such that helps me a lot to use the qbinds I've mentioned.

Shadowblade

WASD - Move
q - strafe left

Side Mouse Button 1 - use 1
Side Mouse Button 2 - use 2
- - stick
= - face
y - sprint
k - stealth
v - dot mine
b - snare mine
x - shadow strike
j - look out

Standard , and . for quick weapon cycling

and some other minor crap like:
