You are all noobs!

You go to krkzczk and talk to him, then give him your bracer, now you can make a choice of all the bracers he has. So if you give him your old one, you can ask him for a list of all bracers he has and pick one. So you can trade it for another, but also keep the same but with 100/100 again (just give your old one and pick the bracer you already had ..)
