How much is meths from the pubs in tnn?

No only joking. Was wondering when you buy ingredients for Procs, Charges or Reactive effects how many of the ingredient come from the merchant. ie. is the merchant price for 1 unit or a stack of how many?

Also using the Guide Prissy has made it would appear the cost of 20 Weak Essence of Lethargy would cost nearly 56g to make???? Sounds high to me for a 10% attack speed decrease but then im not a shade. Im seriously considering not selling these unless any shades out there think they are useful.
