Quick question about xp shortcut..

Okay.. so on the old versions of windows ( like ME ) you get a bar at the bottem left with quick shortcuts on. Ive got this back.. buut i miss the shortcut that minamises all the windows so you can quickly click shortcuts on your desktop.

How do i get this back?

Also useful is WinKey + M, which is "Minimise All", does a similar trick to Win+D, but actually minimises them rather the hides. Also note they they don't come back again on a second press
