quick minus 50 plus what devided by... I'm confused :(

Anyone know the equation for speed on a weapon? I heard it's:

base weapon speed x [1-(quick-60)/400]

but if that's true..

then my staff (3.0 speed) and my 200 quick..

I have 1.95 (rounded to 1.9) speed.. with my haste (32%) I hit the cap of 1.5 spd (1.3spd by calculations)..

This can't be right.. I think.. can anyone help?

according to my calculations you hit the cap with haste.

3*(1-(200-60)/400=1.95

1.95*(1-0.32)=1.326

so.. it should be right

when i use a 3.0 staff id hit every 1,5 - 2 sec fast but low dmg
only i can put tons of style on it.
but when is use a 4.5 staff rift sealer thingie the speed is lower
around 3 orso but the dmg is awesome , the crap starts when you miss your hit.
got a 5.5 stave but hell man i can make coffee between the hits
oke oke i knacker an infils head back to cammelot but man the time between drive's me nuts. need to grow and work on it i def. wanna use the 5.5 staff.

If you use a 3.5spd staff with haste enable you'll still get close to the cap, you'll be around 1.54 so the damage will be higher, and when haste runs out just go back to 3.0spd staff

Problem is all the 16.5 dps crafted staves are 5.0 and 5.5 spd, according to my fletcher sources...
