Prolly yes as it works on armor procs mls ras! Why not on poisons!

Duration works on effects.. like slam stun, don't see y it wouldn't work on poison effects.
That said you can spam all poisons bar the new nerfed ones ... and the dd ones are treated like attack procs, so not sure ^^ -> Test Server.

Not since the patch were levi/rag got nerfed, too many reavers/valks/thanes were running round with 25% dur templates getting 11 sec slams.
