can't recall the name, but one of the ml9 necklaces has 10% healing effect, 6% power, think its Soothing Pendant.. not sure though

An easy way to cap your +heal% is to use Boots of the rebirth (ML9) that come with +10% as well as nice other stats (+18 acuity/dex/con 2% casting speed)
