right now is the technical support for the European servers
if you are having problems with right now perhaps should try getting that to work first

RIGHT NOW does not work for me either, but I am lucky my wifes account logs in with no problems, so I just use hers if their is something wrong.
Er the point is if you know someone else who plays they can maybe use their RIGHT NOW login to convey your problem and maybe even get your RIGHT NOW problem fixed
I have used this method successfully twice, once when I was stuck in the F*)*&$g well in TnMB and once when I stupidly killed the hound while it was wearing the collar on the first part of the epic.
