[Question] Will items get updated after 1.64?

Okay, so from what i read ie Dragon Drops have to be farmed again, old ones will have the old stats

But then again many here seem to be buying TG items and talking how they will be uber @ 1.64, gaining this and that.

What is the truth?

TG items gain retroactive changes
Dragon items do not.

I bet legion drops don't get upgraded. S'not like you can just walk down there with a full group and get a new set of drops.
