Question regarding combat speeds

Simple question; If I've a 30% celerity haste buff, and use the 39% haste savage buff, do I get 69% spell haste in total?

Assuming you can have both at the same time you would get:
0.7 * 0.61 = 0.427
ie it would be like having a single 57.3% haste buff.

they dont stack...

But if you run haste and celeirty haste on the savage it saves you using savagery haste buff...
