How much would it cost me to get my bainshee and bot from 36/35 to 40ish?

since i hit mid 30's ive had serious problems leveling solo

found it always easy getting buffs at crau then going behind relic-walls or around it, that combined with the tasks from luitenant(or whatever the rank he is at that lvl) and quests @ catacombs
