Question Mark Icons in Quicky Bar

Since the 1.52 patch, I have a problem with my quicky bars. After logging in I sometimes get question marks instead of the usual icons.

This occurs with different characters and not necessarily all of the icons will be replaced. Re-logging usually fixes it.

Anyone else getting this?

I have only had it after respeccing due to losing the lvs of the spec-lines making them dissappear.
