Question from a noob tailor

I'm at 940 skill atm and wondering the following, at 1000+ skill are yellows/orange ever turning out 99 % or even MP ? because so far I haven't seen anything higher then 97 % con unless I'm crafting deep grey stuff.

..at 1000 you got 1 out of 6 chance on a 94-95-96-97-98-99 %and 1 out of (..) 50 for a MP..even on yellow/ orange. Those figures are an average ..can be lots worse..like 1 out of 300 for a MP and then suddenly 2 MP's in a row
