Hardest one IMO was the extremely high Mordred pop (1-shotting tanks... 
) a few days ago. We once had a damn tough Urugaig (wiping a few lvl 45+ groups ) and some hard Afanc pops aswell afaik.
Hardest mob is generally decided by the level of the pop, but I think Mordred is considered the toughest (after the dragon ofcourse).

It all depends on spawn levels but yes Mordred, Afanc and Uragaig are the only mobs that we don't find trivial to kill now. If they've spawned at equal levels then of those three Afanc is the easiest (we've done him with 11 people) followed by Uragaig (can't one shot people so no aggro problems) and then Mord as the hardest.
The trouble is that on any given kill each of them can vary wildly in difficulty depending on how high a level they are so the order changes. The hardest fight we've ever had (in hindsight) was against a massively high level Mordred that hit for nearly 1000 with his sword and procced for over 1200. This meant he took out the first person in one hit for over 3000 points of damage. On top of this he parried like mad (probably parried about 40% of hits) and all the tanks ran out of endurance because they had to use styles to actually hit him.
Compared to that the Glacier Giant was a piece of cake

Is that the Cailleach guard Urigaig?.......if it is the same as the lev50 epic armour quest for theur/armsmen/friar/scouts then i'm in trouble

yes it is
the hardest time we had to fight her was .. 25 sotl mostly lvl 45+
if not 50
and tanks only hit for 1 damage with style (and then a damage buff, what ever it was)
she killed us :/
we tryed again and we beat here , was one hell of a fight, all clerics were oop. imo this was our hardest fight, even if she didnt hit as hard as morded, cailleach are just as bad for parrying loads as morded just no proc or hitting as hard.

And that won't help you one bit if she pops at a high lv

The new Uragaig is much easier than the old (pre-patch) one if the last couple of fights against her are anything to go by so I wouldn't worry too much.
