i am currently making a thid sb. Got all MP leather af52 all OCed got MPs 4.2 + 2.9 spd Dyed weaps got a template that caps all. All dyed Lime green.
+36 str
+36 qui
+36 dex
+36 con
+96 hits
+6 axe env stealth LA

Got a lvl 24 bb with +13% toa buff...
To be short is this rly worth all the trouble or only free lvl20 item lvl 20-23 unbuffed ppl running around?

yeah i know the show off level is high here, what i am trying to find out is: are there simular ppl out there?

tbh that is all a bit ott think life in thid might be a little less challenging with all that ^^ try not using the BB and u might stand a chance of dieing...and yes there are the few show offs around here, one of which u might have heard of already from this forums.

Tons of people with full SC and BB out there, dont use free lvl 20 armor, you would die in a sec.

There is quite a quick way to get some decent gear. Fights are over quite quickly and unless you are grouping constantly you can get away with buying 99% level 50 leather. Great thing about doing so is that you can get the stuff straight away in the housing zone for not a lotta money. Exactly wot I did. SC'd that lot with a 550 sc'r and used Darkness items ontop. Capped all my stats quite easily. Full resist or very nearly on slash, thrust and crush. High body resist too and around 10% on the spell side of things. Casters will kill you if you are already fighting someone etc or have range but upclose they die real fast so high resists on their spells were never considered by me. Though get as high as you can due to procs.

Just keep an eye on the state of your gear and shoot off to Aegir now and then to keep it 100%. Even level 50 gear will last for quite a number of Thid trips for sure.

Never used TOA items or anything else just simple drops.

Buffbot? Crit sb will need one for sure but if you end up any good you will be forced to dispense with it to prove yourself. PKJ my buffed Valkyn SB made 900 rps without a single one on one loss and I retired him to roll a Norse unbuffed sb. Should I have? Dunno to be honest. There are so many buffed players now it just makes any fight you have 2x as hard. Infact the buffing side of the game upsets me greatly now. Mythic in my opinion need investigating by an external body because you sure as hell need 2 accounts now to play this game. That is just extortion in my books and they should be made accountable forrit!

Pound for pound a buffed crit sb is going to be outdamaged by a similar inf for around 2x the amount (or more) so be prepared. You will win if you are lucky and hit maybe with the slow 2 hander but shit the damn thing will get you killed more often than not because infs evade it like mad.

Make films of your fights cos it always helps in my opinion to analyse and learn - and to discredit people or to prove something. Amazing how peeps try and ridicule you or say they did this or that but the film never lies.

yer got 13% resists on all so i am capped in all ways. Want that gear to last for ever tho so i wont ever have to change , thats why i am not using purp stuff.

Infils will outdmg sbs till the end of time so i dont have any illusions what so ever . Dex based + saracen >> str based + norse. + there are -str/con poisons. There wont be alot infils using em tho xD.

Need the old fraps as mine is restricted to 30 secs film . anyone got a link? plzzzzz. Didnt see it change cause i could make longer movies etc. but hmmkay....

best way of doing thid SC (imo) is lvl 41-50 ROG jewellry without +skills, this way they can go down to 70% con and still affect you. along with lvl 25 crafted armour, this being roughly the same level as you wont decay particularly fast and is dirt cheap to get and SC

when i used to play my kibbi thid sb, fully buffed ( no haste ) with + 36 in dex str con qui, 96 hp, all resists capped, i had lvl 30 armour.. some purp items but not all, +5 in all skills.

if i got backstab2 in, i won, if i didnt, it was close, i remember beating 2 infil's at the same time at one point, though i highly doubt both of them were buffed, the first one was, second wasnt, thugs... there is completely and utterly no point getting lvl50 armour... thats just a waste of money.

My thid inf has old gear from SI times - 99% AF50 SC, largely DF jewelry. It caps str/con/dex/qui/hp and has reasonable resists (only slash maxed). And I have a level 20 buffbot with 10% TOA. I seem to do fine, quite a lot of people have very gimpy gear. You certainly don't need to spend loads of gold to have a decent char in thid.

BTW the level 25 stuff is generally better than the level 26 as it's a material up so you get higher bonus on it.

Had quite a good evening running around with my new champ after accidentally hitting 25 on my ns aswell, bridge standoffs were kinda fun

You don't rly have skill if you just stand and fight without strafing and running through ( in my book its called lame.. )

If you stand towards eachother and just do your styles the one who evades/dual wields most wins. Or ofc when you have +dmg cause you specced blades. Or if the inf has more melee power as you have 2.5spec points. Or the inf has better SC/buffs. Or the inf has higher envenom for the str/con debuff.

Yeah, would like to get a fight with you where there is no-one else around, think it'd be fairly close, both of us hitting for about the same, though your higher env might tip the scales.

Nice work in the lord room when we got in, was trying to get you every time you ported back into the room, but never quite managed to do enough damage until you made the decision to go to the roof instead.

Easily best inf I've seen in Thid since I was levelling my ranger 2 years ago
