Question about Zerkers

Coming over to Mid for a little while fancy a bit of a change til the patch, hell i might stick around for ever.

Been looking at the Berzerker like the sound of 2 Axes and then flipping out into beaver mode when things get a little tough, so my question is Troll or Dwarf? and do i keep Left Axe to my lvl or Axe to my lvl or both?? and how about parry 1/4 lvl?

any of the races are good for zerks, none is worse than the other overall. keep LA maxxed, then Axe maxed then spare points into parry, really easy

Another point - the Left Axe styles completely 0wn the Axe styles.

Snowsquall, Comeback+Frosty Gaze, Ravager+Atrophy, etc etc (drools).

yep, maybe go for size and choose dwarf, but laxe at your lvl, rest to axe, and if still some leftover, to parry.
after 40 you get parry higher when minidings come there.
so you end like 50laxe/axe 28 parry.
one choise is offcourse 50 laxe, 41-44 axe and higher parry.
dont remember the exact number for axe.

and next patc you can pull whit axes, now need use famous body pull! respect all old schools berserker who lvl this way, hard like hell, but fun too, never know if get one or 3 agro mob to you.

Norseman - 10 Con / Dex / Qui
Spec l.axe and parry step by step up to 20, then l.axe and sword (yes, sword, not axe) step by step up to 40. From here on in use your minidings to achieve a end template of 50 sword / 50 l.axe / 28 parry.

i don`t know much about mid but why sword or axe? why not hammer?

axe i can understand. axes come in heavier flavours than swords tend to and due to the way the damage is calculated your right hand axe should be as slow as possible. also many axes give bonus to axe and left-axe. therefore axe is great.

swords don't tend to bonus left axe and have shorter delays than the others. also their styles are a little suckier but u should be using left-axe styles anyway.

hammer is great for killing alb tanks and has good delay but also doesn't bonus left-axe.

your choice...

Being a Troll zerker I can only say one thing: DONT GO TROLL!!!!

the reason for this is that there is a hard cap for all stats at 300
with good buff I can get 355 str ... this is 55 str right out the window ... + if you are thinking about taking mastery of arms, you have to take aug str 3 .. this is 18 str more out the window.

I suggest you go dwarf to get that extra con .... I would

Sword because you can get a sword with 4.5 in delay, the slowest axe is 4.2 I think

You CAN get a slow sword but most aren't as slow as axes. And I'm pretty sure you can get a 4.5 axe too

Can't believe I'm actually enjoying spind again after so long LOL.

slowers axe I know of is 4.2 ... if you can get a 4.5 dps sword then I am going to respec to sword, with spell crafting comming stats on drops those not matter much

The epic sword is 4.6 in SPD, but the slowest craftable sword is only 4.1 ... still, there are bound to be some slow drops out there, currently investigating

no weapon drops for me pls unless they come off the legion or the dragon I am going for a slow weapon to do more dmg , low qua low bonus don't do that

slowest axe is double bladed 4.2 second
slowest sword is Bastard sword in 4.1 second
these as craftable!, dunno drops?
as many say, hammer/sword dont give + to laxe, but these are still your choise how to play because those + dont rise damage so much, they rise offcourse but still.

i have recommended many new bers so far go hammer/laxe, this give 2 type damage, ->usually allways + to mob, same time keeping in mind there is coming respect!
and if needed? have acces to provoke for 2h hammer.

still i am traditional laxe/axe road and its ok to me.
reasons?
-need only look axe´s! not hammers/sword and laxe´s

-in future 1.52, axe is maybe best choise, sword is slash damage too! hammer has been so far ultimate weapon and be still good after patch but slash resist go down in alb/hibs armours.

-and 2 axes look better what stick or hammer in other hand

Makwaerk Hard Cap is infact 350, was raised in some patch or other, but its definately 350. I asked this multiple times on WhineGN Boards and got the same answer.

300 is the hard encumberance cap.

Still Trolls dont make the best Zerkers. their best style is off an evade, Trolls get sucky Dex/Qui, they dont evade much
