Question about the clients

I know it is touched upon briefly in the stickied FAQ, but is it a definite "no-no" for the US Open beta client being compatible with the EU Final Beta? I ask because I have been playing in Korea with the US Client and I’d rather not download the new EU client if I could avoid it.
