Question about stealth

According to Kort's Spellcrafting Calculator "+to all magical skills" gives + skills to stealth. Is that true or is it a bug in the SC calculator?

Only +Stealth adds to stealth.

So what is Stealth classed as out of question as we have +x to all magical skills and +x to all meelee skills. So what does Stealth fall under?

the only way to improve stealth is either +stealth or +skill from realm rank..nothing else improves it

Stealth does not benefit from + to all magic
CritStrike does not benefit from + to all melee, if I remember correctly dual wielding skills aren't affected too.

You get other items with + dual wield skills

Nor is other specialty skill lines, like Parry/Shield/Large Weapons supported by any of the +All items. At the least, as far as I know.
