Question About Sham Buffs

just wondering, with 25% buff bonus, whats the minimum level a shaman needs to be in order to have cap buffs? i remember my cleric bb on alb having cap buffs with just yellows, but sham buffs are lower..

33 iirc. They say that piety buff will not cap tho.

I myself have had some thought should I respec with marmattaja. I just dont know, those are nice those debuff rvr spells, and best of them are available only with lvls of 40 and up of aug.

well you need to be 46+ (at least, since my bot is 45 and cant get 25% ) for +25% bonus

ok fine, with 20% or so then

Actually you need level 50 to get 25% buff bon
But yellows can cap ye, given moarcane 2?

think like 18/20% buff bonus

and yellows dont all cap, like 3 away in some cases

im just pl'ing a bot, and as i am lazy, id like to know when i can stop pl'ing and start using him

i got 42aug (redcon pie) and 33mend, 25% buffing and healing, need motarcane2 for capbuffs (dont think the pie is capped even with that tho) otherwise all cap and i got good heals.

hmm my bot has moa2 and 20% toa stuff i think my yellows were like 3-5 off cap in all stats

red pie needs moarc4 and 25% to cap...else u can cap with moarc2 and ylw specs(str/con, dex/qui).
