Yes you can, but there was a bug on 1.88 (US servers) and i guess on EU servers too.

Bug= "you have to pull it off before you get hit and interupted.."

And best of all, depending on how much you pay for MoC, you do 75%, 50% or 25% of your regular damage. (In other words, crap and not worth the RPs).

Except you can't teleport while in combat :>

Loss of PD made at least melee rangers non-existant, shame.. all there is now is adding tards from 2100 range..
