question about savages and harpy feather cloak

just a lil question... harpy feather cloak proc is offensive... so they are better for dual wielders.. but wouldnt it be best for savages? seeing as they can trippel and quad-hit ? would a quadhit have double the change of the proc to go off then lets say.. a zerkers dualhit?

well if it works like a normal proc, i'd say yes

Anyway, the harpy cloak is very nice in any event.. If u want the SoM charge just get TD :>

TD aint got som charge

som = 200 hp melee health proc...
td= takes 50 hp from you... takes 200 hp from the person youre hitting..

Yes, the HFC charge has a chance of proccing on tripple/quad hits, however, the rate of tripple and quad hits is extremely low, so I don't know how important they'd be if you wanted to calculate chance of proc from the charge.
I've procced on 3rd and 4th hits, but only in extremely rare occasions.
