Question about /level

It says somewhere you don't autotrain when you use /level. Does this mean, for instance for a druid, that you miss out on the basebuffs up until lvl 20? Or for another class that you miss out on auto-train-spells/styles?

No it means for classes that autotrain a skill (such as shade's stealth or ranger's recurve bow) you don't get that autotraining.
Base abilities are quite different from autotraining.

Means you (potentially) loose a few spec points compared to training the hard way, usually around 20-30.
