question about infil

I m thinking of creating a slash spec'ed infil and i would like to ask 3 things

1)what race is most suitable
2) where to place the initial pts
3) how important is dextery in the final template

1)i would say highlander
2)slash and dw, unless your using it for thid
3)not usfull considering you would be slash and slash dmg is based on str, and dex wont to anything to your template,

1.) afaik highlanders cant be stealthers go briton, 60 str > inconnu/saracen str
2.) initial points = 15 str, 10 con or 10 str, 10 dex, 10 con
3.) i got about 60 dex in my temp ... evade is based on (dexterity+quickness)/2 and thats important, especially with the style changes incoming(evade opening stuns)

but caps at 300 for purposes of evade so not important at all for a slash char that has dex as a primary rising attribute

but weaponskill wise that is the best.

a while since I played now, and I can't remember the softcap for dex. don't know the correct answer on that.

b) 10 Str, 10 Con, 10 Qui I'd say
c) Not important. Get Str, Con, Qui capped first (calc how much you need for 250 qui that including buffs and put that in template), resists and ToA bonusses sorted first, rest u dump into dex just for Evade purpose, formula for Evade is (Dex+Qui)/2
