Question about eq and price check

I have never been much of an eq collector... So I don't know alot about them, but would like to see if the following items are roughly 'sane' to get, both hunting and/or buying. As I like Thumb to be pretty ok I checked and found a template where those items is included.

Please help me with info about where those are(quest/mob) and rough price if I would buy them.

- Hurika's Quil
- Hord's Blood Stained Belt
- Ring of the Seven Storms
- Zahur's ring
- Avboynnig bracelet

- Hord's Blood Stained Belt drops of Council Hrods in Tuscaran Glacier lvl 70 - 75 mob ( doesnt alwasy drop )
- Ring of the Seven Storms quest ring seven coins quest
- Zahur's ring dropped of encounter mob ( crown of zahur ) extremly rare
- Avboynnig bracelet reward from catlas downfall

Ack. Ah well.. Seems I will have to redo the template then as there's probably not many around..
