Yes you can, there's an NPC in the Inconnu Crypt, I can't remember his name tho.

dunno where is catacombs just joined for barrows but was all grey

it's in camelot, near north gate

just walk till the end of the first zone, go down, and zone to inconnu crypt. The npc that allows to change your appearance is near the obelisk in the middle of the zone.
