Question about Bob

Is the lifetap on the sapphire Bob affected by anything(ie dex, intelligence, con etc) or is it just a random proc?

random proc, only thing that effects it is your body debuff -> lowers chance to resists, and increasises its damage

Well yes it is a random proc. However, if you attack faster then you have more chance of that proc hitting so dex/qui would increase the chance? I think so...

Doesn't increase % chance, but because you hit faster, it increases overall chance per, let's say, minute... Right? ;x
