question about assasin de-buffs

since toa i have got the +25% buff bonus and MOA 2, which puts it over the buff cap.

Now, when i am fighting assasins i am sure before toa it would screw me being LW spec with the s/c debuff. Since i got the +25% i am sure it has got easier when de-buffed.

What i am trying to get at is, If i am say 25 over my buff cap on str, currently 359 (or there abouts) no toa + to str atm, does it use the full str value and debuff against that (in this case 384) and subtract the debuff or my actual buffed str of 359??

If you overcap on buffs, by let's say 25 points of str, these are not considered a part of your str, since you only have 290 str.. If they were to use your overcap and debuff from the very top, they would have to debuff those 25+another 25, which would mean you had 265 after you were debuffed. but, since it doesn't consider your overcap of buffs when you get debuffed, you are still debuffed at 290-50.

These are just figures, not accurate at all vs the debuffs.

I've tested this, and in 1.57 or 1.58 you could overcap your con/str and when you got debuffed, you wouldn't loose a single str/con point, as it debuffed your overcap. this got fixed in either 1.59 or 1.60. Not quite sure.
