Question about AP and Armor of Faith

Just wondering, what's more efficient for a chain wearer,

Avoid Pain 3 (30% Absorb)

or

Avoid Pain 2 and Armor of Faith 2 (20% Absorb and 100 AF)

the cost RSP-wise is the same, though I'm not too familiar how AF affects absorb on a chain wearer.

judging from ppl that say af spec buff is same as 1.5ap or smt? id say aof is prolly better, combine it with an af charge and itll prolly do alot, dont quote me on it tho :d

add in a lucky gov proc and you might have a very nice af - anyways, not sure if ap3 is worth that many points, as foadon said, might be better having aof as well, if nothing else then just to use them seperately - but do some tests, its not like ra respecs cost a fortune

spec af buff has no cap, making a mota4 25% toawhore cleric dish out some evil af bonuses, but I guess its comparable with perma ap1-2.
