Quest NPC remover

Where is the NPC Quest remover found in Hiberna? I know i've seen one in Midgard, but i can't remember which zone at all so have now clue where to look. Now i've been looking for this NPC several hours but nothing.

I have lots of lvl 5-10 quests on my 50 alt i can't get rid of .. plz help! :touch:

Last time I asked this, I was told the NPC was removed, and there was no way to remove old quests.

I was thinking something like that was going on. Cos there are no NPC's like that out there anymore - crap!

afaik that quest remover was at the spot where Taskmaster are at DL now

They were there when there was a quest limit which prevented some people doing MLs etc. Once that limit was removed (by adding some more memory to a database probably, there was no need for it.

With DR you have the ability to remove quests from your journal provided your UI is 1.80 compliant.
