most likely excalibur-prydwen becuase excal is highest pop.

Its called the Mythic Cost Saving Server.
Only the RVR zone and capital city are being merged. So there will now be only one RVR zone for both servers which means a higher number of people in RVR.
You will also be able to port from one server to another. So if tonight there is an ML raid tonight on PRY, you can port from Excal to PRY TOA and attend the raid
