Sorry to say this, but I must speak my mind once more. I already know the answer to what I am saying, and you have probably already noticed it as well. But it is not posted on any board that I know, so here goes.

I have _NEVER_ played a quality match on the BW servers. I don't know about the rest of you, but all I experience there are 30% lamers, 30% fakers, 20% Teamkillers.. the 20 remaining % are imo respected and elite people we know from around the globe.

The BW server has developed a rumor, a reputation if you will. We make jokes about the games on the BW servers when on IRC. Saying that when you need a boost of confindence, you join a BW server and kill some newbies.

Top 10 of answers for this thread will be "doode, play on another server then.. whiner". Like I said, I know what the post will bring to me. I just wanted to clear out the heavy breathing I get myself when there's nobody else on other servers.

Too many idiots to screw up a perfectly good game.

Yeah, I have noticed wot u are talking about.

I have hardly had a good game on SB on the servers for example, DS hill spammers etc.

I have been to other well known euro and US servers, and I have found them to be more enjoyable, even tho the ping is higher.

After all, wot is it for you that makes a good game?

Try playing TAC... with hopefully some new admins, the teams work well together. The Newbies actually sometimes become good players! MAKIN, a good friend of mine is an example.

I don't think i've played on a pubby for the last month...

I don't learn anything new, and I find that, even though i'm a capper by heart, i have to play D to give our team a chance. This means i don't practise anything.

So what do i do? NM plays that much that i don't need to go on a pubby. There's always someone around to duel/praccy with me whenever i need it.

Shame, i dunno if your in a tribe, but if your not, get in one. If you are, swap tribes.

I have to say i agree with you SHAME OF MNO but this is what you get when people need to rely on ping to play! as BW generally offers best pings for UK users. Gimme a scrimm on inner or opasia anyday.

Saying this though i must say i've had some good games recently when a lot of ( :)= players have been on BW so maybe things might change..........Yeah right :)

Who the hell would wanna clan that arse shame, ahh i see ur point. If all the games are crap then why cant we arrange a nightly scrimm on the Dev server? get 10 or so players together, pick some even teams and play 3-4 maps before re-adjusting the teams to suit. Albeit reducing the 30 player limit to 20 would be a good idea :) As long as all the aliased ppl are booted off ill be happy ;)

The BWAdmin dev server is there 24/7 at the moment for exactly this purpose. It runs the latest version of BWAdmin, and is currently cycling the BWTL season 5 maps by request. There is no repetitive mission voting apart from a 'skip vote' at the start of each game.

In the defense of the BW servers it should be said that they're almost always packed with people, so you can always get a game, although not always the best :)
If you have the ping i can recommend the Frag Factor servers in Sweden, almost always good games there at night.

FF's servers usually seem to be empty at 2am though, only BW servers have ppl wanting to play at 4am :)

OMG!!! i had a good pubby game today!! And yes there were no llamas in it (and yes i was in it :))
Orion was there too, and we both agreed u can have fun on pubbies (ie fair games) just look for servers with regulars in and not [TK]Killmeister. Although some ppl think names like that can be misleading, more often than not the arn't. They're just some drunk llama in an alias.

BAH! I left the BW servers alone for the most part. Too many clowns TK'ing. If I wanted that, I'd shoot myself. I've been playing Shifter on a Hillhse server and Fox Pack server. Good competition on those pubs.

AHAHAHAHA ROFLMAO ruWank. except i have loads of fun games on BW. Yes i agree that most of the time its over in 4 minutes and 23 seconds with 8 caps from the same guy and 66 TKills by me....errr some guy. but you sometimes get a good game.
Then a persons opinion on a good game is always different too. personally i hate 6 LD all with snipers and mine/disc scripts. now thats a bit poo. i wouldnt mind seeing some HOF like ive seen Pred do on CoN... but then you may as well say
"errr llama cF playing as HOF spioling the game again" :/
and about fake-nicks! first of all its alias secondly who cares? as long as they are good i dont give a rats ass.!!"!"!"!"!
