Quality control

Gah, just found out my office is having a quality control guy coming in and checking out our work/office.

This means I have to learn lots of little rules and charts that I'm supposed to know off by heart for monday.

These guys are gonna come in and interview me about my job, my work and what my main tasks are concerning customer care, the programs I write and the aims I have to improve my performance.

My boss has told me I have to behave ALL day...
