Quake2 Help

Just getting back in to quake2, and wondered how the hell i disable that IDlog thing from loading as quake2 starts.

can anyone help?
or are ya just gonna ignore me post :?

Just use gamespy when connecting to a server so it loads the game and goes straight to connecting. Or add +game dm in the Q2 shortcut properties. (Or arena for ra2, or ctf fot ctf etc)

>c:\quake2\quake2.exe +game dm

When it loads up press escape to get the menu up.

Or you could just delete that video file. It doesn't give an error, it just waits till you press escape. But that was years ago I tried that...so keep it in yer recycle bin while you test it.
