Quake 3 OSP/CPMA/3Wave/Freezetag Mod Upgrades Complete

I've now upgraded all the BW public OSP, CPMA, Threewave and Freezetag servers to their latest versions (1.0, 0.99v8, 1.1, 1.5 respectively).

Bookables, league servers and BarryServers will be updated automatically at 6am tomorrow.

Due to a slight oversight (called being a tit) I've installed cpma 0.99v6 again. It will be v8 tomorrow morning now.
