if you download the Barrysworld Admin DLL it comes with the server.cfg setup configuration which has easy explainations fro what to key in!
you know, like tells you what each friendly fire setting does and what number to put in the space provided to activate it, and what all the DM flags are etc.
That's the only way I know of.

I have actually discovered that the Eraser Bot Quick Start thingy has an option for a dedicated server, so you could use that.
