If you bring down the console and type "Quit" you'll get invulnerability and all weapons.

You may need to try every time you join a server because sometimes it doesn't work, but keep trying anyway.

Also, try typing 'I am a sad, pathetic loser' to get the quad damage... Try it on as many servers as possible...

Assuming that 'cheats' was an unfortunate phrase to use, however, try cg_railtime 100000 and create some railgun art...
