Hi all. not been on barrys webby for a looong time and come back and this new message board jobby thingy is here.
tis okay tho

got a qustion on demos would appreciate any help given.

i want to record a demo from my bots point of view how do i do this?(not multiplay)
i have tried starting the game and making my self a spectator then adding
the bot.
then i chase cam him and start the demo but when i join and watch the demo
l8tr it is from my point of view.plz tell me if this can be done and if so
tell me how to do it . T.I.A

Never tried it but I assume you will need a mod that supports different chasecams. Get hold of the Battleground mod as that has a few different camera views, IN EYES being the one you are after.I dont know wether you will ba able to do it from one game tho,may have to run a server side game then run another game of quake and connect to localhost.

Failing that you could always recam them in 'Keygrip' but the point of view will be inside the bot model and it cocks up the view now and again.
