Ok, its half past 3 AM, and i just thought that i had better clear up some of the rumours/opinions that have been circulating about this here league.
This league IS going to be bigger than UKQ2A, hosted better, looked after more and generally more organized. This is not a small time league being set by a load of small timers. This is a serious venture by a group of very highly motivated people who are looking for nothing more than to let the people in the quake 2 community and their clans to have a good time and test their skills against a matter of different people. This league is going to be run proffesionally, and all the support we have/been offered is gratefully accepted. We have also heard opinions such as other leagues like the UKCCL being vastly overcrowded - certainly true - so we are taking a lot of weight off that, and since Q2BattleUK is going to be for clans to have a bloody good time and a sense of achievement - unlike a lot of what we see in UKCCL. So get your clan mates together and see us in IRC in #q2battle or email at
