I remember the changed the criteria regarding what classes could activate it not to sure what they were though

according to vos it can be used by: WIZ, THEU, CAB, SORC, NECR, MINS in alb so no pally

And that's alot? Fyi, some of them are rare, like 3 of 3. I happily paid 2-3p for them each.

i can see how complaining about bards getting ae end is a valid argument, seeing as its interruptable (unlike yours..), and pallys get a lot of useful chants - such as heal chant, and dmg add chant, (and that af chant) which would be overpowering if given an 'ae' component.
the scrolls arent that rare, got mine solo as a bard (read:rly gimpy melee char) pretty easy in the first few days of toa.

and garok - 10 heal wards take 100seconds to cast in total, and cost power, whereas pallys twisting hp regen is instant.
