I've just bought a Yamaha CRW4416S CD-writer

Since I'm new to CD burning I don't know much about it. I got DirectCD with my drive, and it seems really easy to use. But are there any better programs out there? I've heard that you can over burn a CD to cram 1Gig onto it

Ne1 know what the program is called and where I can obtain it.

Hmm, don't know too much about writers myself, Mr fingermagnet, but I'm sure someone out there does, eh guys?

What's this about the 1Gb cd over-burning? Is that like over-clocking CD's or something?

I dunno about a gig but 640meg mode1, 680 mode2, and then theres the 80 minute cds which should work in all drives, are 700/750, or there abouts. Well if u zip the contents then yes u might get a gig depending on the data.
