I've played a bit on the US PvP server lately and it's very fun really. Best way to get xp is to kill solo red mages without pet

It's so cool to be a minstrel, charm dergan enchanters and own everyone in tir na mbeo with the little caster pet. And you allso have mez, aoe mez, 2 insta dd, run/power song etc...can't wait to play it with you europe guys

Of course. Why on earth would I go through 50 harder-than-normal levels of being killed in my own realm constantly, if not so that i can sit at a busy bindstone and GTAE lvl5's?
If there was a server where the 3 realms could group etc and still RvR normally in the frontier zones, now that would be cool... but the PvP server will just be constant griefage

There...I think...still a bit confused on the details of it...I mean..ok, I know it's a free for all, kill albs if your an alb, not just mids and hibs...but is it gonna be 3 realms still? Or is it all three realms in the same area? That would be neat-o.

You can bring a troll into the fair woods of hibby yes, you also can be a pimp keen and go and hit on norse women hehe.

old.Eternal[EW], you know that mists are getting a fat nerf, so they wont be the solo force they once were. And as goa jump to the 1.52(?) patch at once u won’t get many benefits. Zerker's get a style nerf, dont recall the style (the most commonly used tho).

Oh yeah, firby’s also can dress up in that silly tin can armor if they want to, will be a bit small over ...as we all know firby’s are way bigger than albs lol.

Odysseus - i dought you could play a healer tbh, not having anything offensive kinda sucks. Only things you hear from other people are

1) Rez ffs!
2) Heal ffs!
3) Mezz ffs!

you have to ask yourself, if its so insanely overbalanced......whys it so underplayed?

no they cannot as they do not have acces to plate armor, they can wear mid chain and alb chain because they can wear scale from lvl 15

u cant hit for shit. u dont get weapon styles.
u get awesome cc tho.
but in pvp server why u need cc ?
its all on all u dont need to mezz a grp of 30 ppl there.
make a cleric way better in pvp server
or a zerker out dmg all tanks and close to nuke dmg.

Now the all important answer. LW spec and Spear spec can use ALL alb weapons. This means LW users have access to 2H thrust/slash/crush, and spearos can use thrust/slash/crush polearms. I did styles with every weapon on another player. I have 50 LW, 18 spear spec. The dmg was small coz they are grey weapons, but the styles worked perfectly, and the dmg modifiers worked for the dmg type on the armor of my victim.

This puts heros and champs on top of the melee pile. All 3 weapon types from one spec line is uber. Can spec 50 weapon/50 parry (like me)and have one of each in the bag. Great news for hibs.

I didn't get the LWcrush, I have a hib one, or the Lochaber axe, Polearm slash. I think the point is proven.

Now I just have to find a big crafter to make me a decent warpick to test the topend 2H thrust on other 50 chain wearers...."

Doublefrost gets nerfed.

I'll be giving it a go, not decided class yet.
