Well, I don't think that friar will be very good at anything....
Why 15 rejuv ? The second res just isn't worth it for PvP. The friar rejuv line is terrible. Remember it is not like RvR servers, where you can only group with the chars from your realm who can heal (clerics and friars in Alb). In PvP you can group with anyone from any realm, so there shouldn't be a shortage of healers.
Friars really shouldn't spec to heal imho, the baseline heals are good enough to save your group when the sh*t hits the fan, but the enhance/stick/parry line is where the Friar excels.
If I play a Friar on PvP, I'd go something like 1 rejuv/42 enhance/44 stick/25 parry. Be one badass if anyone tries to take you on, and you can still heal if you really need to.
I'd go for at least 7 in rejuv, to get cure poison/disease.
It all depends if you want to join groups as a healer or a damage dealer.
I am currently specced high in rejuv (22) on my friar, but that isn't on a PvP server, and it was my impression there was a shortage of healers in my level range.
On PvP I would go for 7 rejuv, very high enh (45-47 or maybe more), high staff (39 at least) and medium parry (Whatever is left over?).
You'd be a fool to spec either of the following...
-over 44 staff
-under 46 enhance
Imho it's also worth getting 18rejuv while you're levelling, even if you only respec it away at 40. *shrug*
39staff, 47enhance, 7rejuv, rest parry.
Would be my template...
Over 39 staff is pointless, the 44 and 50 styles are bollocks and it's just too much spec-point investment... You don't need more than 39 to get it to a good variance.
note: friars do NOT suck. You can't solo, no, but it's a fun char and if you spec right (e.g. 46/48 enhance) your group will be pretty-much chanterproof
