Pve changes on US

Seems Mythic did some sneaknerfing on US. DI draws heavy aggro on cleric and heal proc seems "removed" in pve combat.

It will affect the behaviour of enemy pets in RvR as well.

More agro in rvr is something clerics can do without really .
