Purchased NPC's despawning 'bug?'

Ive noticed when you buy extra guards or tradesbods on the hookpoints in your keeps/towers thay despawn after 30 mins or so. (on pryd)

Looking at the online info patchnotes and nf manuals It does give the impression that only unatended seige weapons de spawn.

Can enyone confirm this eather way bug or no bug?
