I love mine too especially with a bit of mustard and stuck in a bun...

The only working thing I found so far is the release button on the petwindow, wich makes the cute puppy die a horrible instadeath. Luckely enough, he's too young to realise what happens to him though...

but besides that, they dont level or do anything to mobs, cant even summon them in rvr areas, so that makes them pure roleplaying things

if you ask me, a step to keeping it feeling 'alive' might've been to stop deleting npcs and putting more merchandise onto less npcs... camelot city, for the capital of albion pretty much, is completely dead

I like my puppy I wish they could be summoned in RvR, if they do not attack enemies I see no reason why they shouldn't be.

Better in Catacombs with the entrance in Camelot and a new Teleporter, you get more people passing through at least.

a NPC called trevian at outland wharf - you shouldnt miss him as he is standing near the entrance with around 5 puppies around him

You can get 2 by waiting, the whistle has a 3 minute recast or somthing, the puppies last for like a minute over the recast, so for 1 minute you get to have 2 puppies.

and yep the quest starting NPC is in Outland Wharf, to the West of the portal to SI in avalon marsh, called Trevian and is surrounded by puppies.

go gna faste, speak with new npc on side of the house, go to the lake a bit NW and kill some lvl20 mobs, wear the cloack that the npc gave you, talk to the dog, return to npc, talk a bit, recieve whistle, then use it evertime as much as you can..

Apparently the puppies don't need water pots. They dutifully follow you even while you are swimming on the bottom of the sea !

They serve no purpose other than to encourage certain females in AC groups to go on about the damn things 24/7 even in the midst of fighting off a horde of Taskers.

I won't name names, but if you've been in AC the last few weeks, you'll know who I mean ;p
