Pulsing Bladeturn is a Theurgist spell that nulifies (cancels) the next hit from hitting you (at least most of the time depending on lvl difference) and i HEARD you can only stack 2, from alotta lotta people, but i'm not really sure, i've never tried running pbt with another 2 thergs running cause they said only two can stack, you can of course keep casting the spell for 3 sec bt and if you had 3 people doing that 1 sec apart u could have a 1 sec bladeturn spell which would be quite nice wouldn't it.
P.S. i know you know what bladeturn is just incase anyone reads who doesn't lol
They don't really stack (you can only ever have one bladeturn active on you at any time), but you can get the pulses to come every 5/4/3seconds with 2 or more bladeturners so the time you go without a bladeturn after it has been nullified is greatly reduced.
but if you get hit and lose one skin you gain the next one that pulses... so if yer getting hit every second and have 6 people pulsing a bladeturn every 6 seconds...
set it up right and you have 1s bladeturn
the 'no more than two' is just a myth.... it'll work with as many as you can get... (just damned hard to sync)
Stacking is dangerous however, if you dont get it right, the bladeturn will be offline for maybe just a breif second, but that can be the death of you.
Had 4 wardens in a group today (anyone beat that!). Managed to get 3 bubbles synched (last warden played damage add). Great for melee defence, but wardens cant deal much damage and have no cc, we didnt last long even with 2sec pbt...
Not sure why Armalite thinks theres anything remotely dangerous in doing it?
One of the wardens gets mezzed/stunned or goes oom and bt falls, then you have to resynch it. 3 with 6s pbt is about as far as you can push it. No mob (not counting double-hits) hits faster than 2secs delay.
I had a guy at fins last week who was convinced it stacked automatically & refused point blank to sync it. TWAT. I played damage add in the end as i thought my heals would benefit more than unsynced PBT.
Note to that Warden. If your gonna buy a character why not buy a level 50 one?
