Psp, converting to mp4

Can anyone tell me a program or give me the link, so i can download a program to help convert videos into mp4 format so i can put them on my PSP?

This is the one i used i paid the $30 for it and it works well rip a dvd then convert the avi to mp4. Then you have to name the file M4V0001 and put it on your PSP

Oh i can help here, after getting a new phone that took and play videos I played around and found a free alternative that converts stuff to mp4, managed to pack a full episode of lost into a 64mb sony duo pro memory stick

However I can bet that this takes more time to get working than if you were to use something like QuickTime Pro or the dvd to psp convertor posted above. You do get a lot more control of what you want to do though.
