PS2 game...

Ok, anyone know the title of a PS2 game, it's based around completing music tracks, and looks slightly like Tempest (the old Jeff Minter game), you get to fill in the bassline, breaks, guitar, vocals etc..

Anyone know what it's called?

In that case, can ps2s be mod chipped to play imports as I don't fancy having to get a merkin one and a step down transformer
