Looks the fucking shit to be honest and it is a matter of weeks away from release.

Makes GTA look like a Barbie game.

Anyone else have it as a must buy on release?

Doesn't look too bad, kinda of reminds of the Venom levels from Ultimate Spiderman. Have to see a review before I think about it more though.

It has had 2 reviews so far both giving 90%, going to be a great game to play this summer.

Finally got to play it and i'm not sure what to think really part of me likes it but part of me just thinks if it were any other game based on marvel/DC superheros the game would get trashed.

In actual fact this game reminds me of Superman Returns game.

never played superman returns but i prefer the climb the building thing in infamous to the run up vertical faces in prototype

other than that i like both but prefer infamous .. it just seems more polished

I hope its not like that, the first few hours of Superman were fun then it jus got annoying as they gave you stupid things to do, like save a blimp from hundreds of dragons.

The game has grown on me but i still feel the developers could have done alot more to make this game totally awesome.

I wouldn't say the story is fantastic, without the web of intrigue it wouldn't be a story the videos are interesting though and i enjoy collecting them.

Also something that does bother me, the military and blackwatch are looking for some super guy that has speed/strength so why don't the helicopters attack me when i'm flying right past them? lol Also when i'm running full pelt up a skyscraper and a helicopter flys right by me they don't bat an eyelid!

The game would have been alot better if you were being hunted down constantly and nowhere was safe.

Played this for 3 hours so far and loving it! Definately enjoy consuming people for little cut scenes. Throwing things at other things. Running up walls and gliding about.

Am using full gfx pc version.

I love it, got it the other day, just love the mechanics of running and jumping, insead of the spidey games where you would face plant into a wall Mercer actually adjust's himself so he will hit the wall with his feet or cling to it with his arms.

the movement is quality. im really enjoying the jumping+gliding. and using the in air boosts as well is good. can cover a shitload of ground if you dont spend too much time runing up and down walls.

Just a couple of missions left for me now. Am looking to up all my skills first with the mini games though. Is it just me that I find the gliding tasks a piece of piss but can't do the movement ones well at all?

agreed, movement is hard. running in a straight line isnt as easy as it might be!

Web of Intrigue is one of the best parts of the game.

The events plain suck lol.

Been playing this, it's okay, not quite good enough though. Something just stops it being as hooking as crackdown. The difficulty level is too easy, the web of intrigue stuff is okay, but again not enough to keep you hooked. Glad I only rented it, would recommend anyone wanting to play this to do the same, not enough re-playability to buy it.
